Hi, I’m Jessica

I’m passionate about supporting women though every season of life that comes their way. My work is dedicated to helping women access the mental health care they deserve - because I believe that when women are supported, they can truly thrive.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts. I earned a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and I completed advanced training in perinatal mental health with Postpartum Support International (PSI). With over 14 years of experience that include providing therapy at an outpatient agency, directing a multi-state in-home mental health program for families and serving as a clinical supervisor for an outpatient program, it has been a privilege to support people through their mental health journey. I am also a wife and mother of three who enjoys hiking adventures, relaxing by the beach, and sharing good meals with friends.

Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply committed to supporting women, particularly during the transformative seasons of pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. I understand that these experiences can be both beautiful and deeply challenging. I believe that with the right tools, women can navigate life’s changes with strength and clarity, while feeling more connected to themselves and others.

My approach is warm, collaborative, solution-focused and empathetic. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to increase self-awareness, explore unhelpful thought patterns and learn new tools that will serve you better.

My goal is for you to regain a sense of hope and be empowered to move forward with clarity and strength.
