Hi, I’m Jessica

I’m passionate about supporting women though every season of life that comes their way. My work is dedicated to helping women access the mental health care they deserve - because I believe that when women are supported, they can truly thrive.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts. I earned a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and I completed training in perinatal mental health with Postpartum Support International (PSI). With over 14 years of experience that include providing therapy at an outpatient agency, directing a multi-state in-home mental health program for families and serving as a clinical supervisor for an outpatient program, it has been a privilege to support people through their mental health journey. I am also a wife and mother of three who enjoys sharing a good meal with friends and anything that gets me outdoors.

Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply committed to supporting women, particularly during the transformative seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I understand that these experiences can be both beautiful and deeply challenging. I believe that with the right tools, women can navigate life’s changes with strength and clarity, while feeling more connected to themselves and others.

My approach is warm, collaborative, solution-focused and empathetic. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to increase self-awareness, explore unhelpful thought patterns and learn new tools that will serve you better.

My goal is for you to regain a sense of hope and be empowered to move forward with clarity and strength.
